Winter at the Yurt is probably the most romantic time to book at YurtCation! That’s because of the wood burning stove that can heat the Yurt up to 80 degrees inside. So you can enjoy watching the snowfall during the day and stars at night through the dome top, but stay toasty warm inside.
Past guests have enjoyed winter campfires and hiking on our private hiking trail. You could also try snow shoeing, skiing or ice boating.
The wood stove is also great for heating hot water for tea and coffee. We have also baked cinnamon rolls on the top of the stove!
